Shipping policy

Green Valley Nutrition is proud to offer fast & free shipping on all orders over $67! We offer Free Standard Shipping and Express 2-day Shipping options for your convenience. Simply select your preferred shipping option at checkout and let us handle the rest. Cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12pm EST. After an order has shipped, you can track your packages using the tracking number provided to you via email.

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time based on the shipping speed you've chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Holidays, Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time. 

Express Shipping
Selecting the Express Shipping option will reduce the transit time to one to two business days after we've shipped your order, but it won't impact how long it takes us to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment. The shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with Express Shipping. If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, you may not receive the item in two business days. 

FREE Shipping
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. If your tracking information shows that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect for carriers to scan your package, but rest assured your order is en route to arrive by the expected delivery date.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration when this happens, and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at support@greenvalleynutrition.com or call us at +1 434-207-8577. Be sure to document the damage by taking a photo or video. We require photo evidence in order to file a claim with the shipping company, and cannot guarantee refunds on product returns that do not include photo evidence of damage during transit.
