Can I pause or change my upcoming subscription if needed?

Of course! You may start, stop, switch, or resume a subscription at any time. Just log in to your account and scroll to the bottom to manage your subscription. To pause your subscription, tap "pause". When you are ready to start receiving CBD products again, simply tap "resume".

Can I use a discount code towards subscription orders?

We wanted to provide our very best discount to those who depend on our products for daily relief. Subscribers can take advantage of 25% off all products in the store, anytime! Discount or coupon codes cannot be applied to orders that contain subscription products.

Can I switch my subscription to a different product?

Yes! You now have the ability to switch subscription products inside of your member's area. In order to change products, simply log in, select your subscription at the bottom of the page, and tap "switch product".

If you want to add a new product or change your delivery frequency, you will need to first cancel your existing subscription, and place a new subscription order for the replacement product. You may also call us to update your subscription information at any time.

As a subscriber, can I send CBD to multiple addresses?

Certainly! We understand you may want to share our CBD products with friends and/or you may spend part of the year at a different address. You can always update your shipping address or add shipping locations by logging into your account. Just be sure to make any changes 24 hours prior to your order processing.
